Cheese Plate
While it may not fall within my current guidelines (dairy + gluten free), I am still all about presentation and a love of cheese! But luckily there are a lot of easy ways to incorporate diet friendly items into a gorgeous cheese plate. I like to have a balance of rich cheese, like brie or a humboldt fog, with something flavorful, like a bold cheddar, and a staple like manchego. That way everyone has something they can gravitate towards. Once you have the cheese selected, I like to layer in plenty of cracker options (TJ has a TON of gluten free options!), some veggies and fruit, as well as something sweet. Once you've got all your bases covered, it's time to arrange and add garnishes to bring it to the next level!

directions:
Start off plating your cheeses, then add the bigger fruit and veggie options. Fill in the remaining board space with meats, crackers and the remaining items. Lastly, don't forget to garnish. I prefer a full cheese board, with little to no space, but feel free to arrange to your heart's content.
Happy cheese plating!
